Processing Your Order
All orders will ship within 1 - 7 business days after the order is placed depending on holidays and weekends. You will receive your order within 1-10 business days after it ships if applicable.
NOTE: If you require your shipment by a specific date please email bmoroz@whenpigsfly.ca once your order has been placed. We will do our best to ship it out the same day as it is ordered. Additional charges may be required.
All shipping fees are in Canadian Dollars.
Shipping your Order
You can request an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number if applicable.
In the event that your order can't be shipped, we'll contact you within 2 business days to let you know why your shipment has been held up.
Sending to another address - When 'Ship To' and 'Bill To' addresses differ:
To process your order correctly, the information entered on the "Shipping & Billing" screen must be accurate. If you are shipping to an address different from your "Bill to" information, you need to use the telephone number at the "Ship to" address and not repeat your "Bill to" phone number.
Please note: There will be a small cancellation fee for any orders cancelled by customers prior to shipping. Any order shipped cannot be cancelled. Orders cancelled by our company will be reimbursed 100%
