Order Cancellation


Change your mind?  If you want to cancel or change an order, for any reason, please contact us by email and make sure to include your order number or call 780-433-9127as soon as possible.

We promise we’ll try to stop the order from going through, but keep in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers as fast and as efficiently as possible.  That means that even if you contact us immediately after you change your mind about your order, it might already be in the shipping process.  If that happens, we can’t change or cancel an order once its journey to you has begun.  So, if your order can’t be cancelled, and you still don’t love it after it’s arrived – just return it to us according to our 30-day money back return policy.

Note:  Daisy Hearts reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent.  All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.




If you are not happy with your purchase you may send it back to us within 30 days from the shipping date and we will be happy to arrange an exchange or refund.  Please contact us at 780-433-9127 for a return authorization.

Once we have received the item it will need to be inspected before we issue a refund or exchange.  Please note that shipping is a non-refundable item.

We must receive your returned item (s) within 45 days of the original shipping date.  If we receive your item after 45 days of the date of shipping we may refuse the return and ship it back to you.

If you receive a damaged item, an item you didn’t order or the wrong item, we’ll exchange it free of charge or refund the full cost of the merchandise.  Once we receive the product it will be inspected prior to issuing an exchange or refund.

Non-Returnable Items



We have a great refund and exchange policy.  However, some things we just can’t take back:

 - Items which have been abused or modified

 - All earrings

 - Candles

 - Soaps

 - Chalk Ink (unless in the original packaging and not used)

 - Serengeti Tea/Coffee

 - Cosmetics or Body Scrubs

How to return an item



  1. Call our store at 780-433-9127 or contact us by email at bmoroz@whenpigsfly to obtain a return authorization.  We can’t accept any returned merchandise that has not been pre-authorized.  For refunds, shipping is at the customer’s expense (except for defective products); your refund will be reduced to cover the cost of shipping the item to you.
  2. Please return your original shipping document and enclose it with your purchase in the original packaging.  Re-pack your product with the original shipping document, original packaging and the product you want to return or exchange.  If you don’t have your original shipping document (or if one was not provided) please print and your name, address and phone number on a separate piece of paper.  We really need this information to process your return.

What you need to know



·         We inspect all returned items when they arrive

·         Refunds will be in the origin form of payment

·         Your refund should arrive within one week after receiving the items back

·         Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card.

·         Unless applicable, delivery charges are not refunded.

·         If you return a partial order, we will refund you for the returned items only

·         For exchanges and returns, if the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees may apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.
